Kombucha

Kombucha is a Symbiotic Culture Of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY). It can produce a tea beverage or a leather-like bio-material.

FabLab Santander is part of the European group «Vulca Kombucha» where we share all type of information about kombucha.

18th of February 2021: just received 2 «scobies» of kombucha from Delia (FabLab Cuenca).

Placed them in glass jars with black tea (2 bags) and sugar (a coffee cup)

26/02/2021. After 8 days.
